About Warptek We are a commission warping operation for technical yarns from 70 Denier to 5000 Denier ( 7.8 Tex to 555 Tex ) for texturized, twisted or flat yarns. Our three state-of-the-art sectional warpers accommodate warp widths up to 3800mm ( 150 inches ) and 15, 000N beaming tension. Our creels accommodate up to 816 bobbins. But most importantly, we understand the technical requirements each warp must meet in order to ensure that modern, high-speed weaving machines run at optimal performance. Warptek processes yarn counts from 70 Denier up to 1000 Denier 5-ply. Our customers' materials range from polyester yarns, polyamide ( nylon ), PVC coated fiberglass and polyester, Aramids ( Kevlar and Twaron ), Fiberglass, Ceramic fibers, and more. Non-twist, high twist, texturized, and coated yarns are all easily handled by our expert machine operators.
