Dominic Johnson, MD, is an interventional cardiologist with Carolina Cardiology Consultants. Dr. Johnson earned his medical degree from the Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He also completed a fellowship in general cardiology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina, and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Johnson is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in the following three areas: internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology.
