Who is "FELICIA?" Oooohhh....the young girl from the movie "Friday" (featuring Ice Cube & Chris Tucker) who was addicted to a substance

Had already been to Cool Shades FIRST. They were closed (note on door stated doctor's appointment). Came back for abuse

The return trip to Cool Shades after they were closed the first time because of a doctor's appointment (according to sign).

Just a regular day headed to the first local choice for tinting (Cool Shades). Never again
