Carolina Fitness was established in 2008 and started out with two instructors teaching yoga, Zumba, and Pilates as well as personal training.

Our studio offers our students the ease of choice. Whether you are interested in HIGH intense aerobic workouts like Zumba or just starting out classes like Back to Basics, the choice is yours. We offer a wide range of classes throughout the workday as well as on the weekends. Classes start at 7am and most weeknights don't begin until 5:30pm. Most of our classes incorporate different exercise equipment like weights, sliders, medicine balls, rings, and much more. You don't have to bring yours. Ours are here waiting for you.
