Do NOT rent here. They are dirty, full of bugs, smell of pot constantly, and jump your rent $200 every year for formica counters and 20 year old carpet. Constant staff turnover and very angry...

Well, I will have lived here from August 2016 through July 2018 and the experience couldn't have been better: location, office staff, maintenance. And did I mention the staff and the maintenance crew?

Poorly maintained grounds including dirty, nonfunctional grills and filthy pool. Dog poop is abundant. Smoking is allowed and added to the other health hazards makes outdoor living on the porches...
