The South Carolina Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program is a statewide education and treatment program for individuals charged with driving and boating under the influence and related offenses. It also serves individuals whose licenses are suspended through the administrative license revocation procedure. The program is certified by the South Carolina Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services and is available in more than 45 counties of the United States. The South Carolina Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program is offered by The Ernest E. Kennedy Center, which is a private, nonprofit organization that offers a range of prevention, intervention and treatment programs. The Ernest E. Kennedy Center is also accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. It maintains a location in Moncks Corner, S.C.
