In 1979, Fish Real Estate joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network, which was acquired by the GMAC Real Estate network in 2000. In 2004 Fish Real Estate entered the Auction business with the development of Fish Real Estate Auctions Division. In 2006, Fish Real Estate partnered with one of the world's leading outfitting companies Sports Afield Trophy Properties in establishing its new brand Fish Outdoor Properties. In 2012, Fish Real Estate opened the doors to the areas first full service Property Management company Fish Property Management.
