History
Sophia's opened its doors in 2004 with the concept of traditional, handmade, artisanal food served in a casual BYOB environment. Chef and owner Christopher Palios honed his skills cooking in European kitchens while attending Johnson and Wales University. He uses his family traditions and fine dining experience to give the city of Warwick, RI a passionate, fresh approach to Italian cuisine.
