History
In 2010 Farm Fresh RI launched the Harvest Kitchen Project, a 20-week culinary skills and job-readiness program for youth within RI Department of Children, Youth, and Families Juvenile Corrections Services. The following year, the curriculum was adapted and program staff began working with incarcerated youth in the RI Training School (RITS). More than 200 youth have participated to date.
