Located in the heart of Wickford Village, the town's annex building is home to two town departments: the building official's office (Gary Tedeschi, 401-294-3331, ext. 301) and the planning department (Jonathan Reiner, 401-294-3331, ext. 311). Though this building is more than 100 years old, it has been outfitted to be handicapped accessible. A ramp at the rear entrance allows for access into the building and a chairlift offers access to the second floor.
