Elmhurst Extended Care is a 190-plus-bed facility that provides rehabilitation and after-surgery services for senior citizens. It is one of the leading nursing centers in Rhode Island. Nurses aren't too attentive... must ask over and over for scheduled meds, drink of water or just a Tylenol. My father was there recovering from having falls... and was considered a "fall risk"......
