Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen Local 1 is a labor union with a chapter in Cranston, R.I. The union provides local and national representation, training programs, meetings and benefits for its members. It also provides its members with health care services and pension funds. The union holds an apprenticeship contest in which craftsmen compete in cement, marble, plaster, PCC, stone, terrazzo, tile and brick work.
