5 WEEKS Our summer training program is based on skill development and increase of basketball I.Q. Consisting of three separate gyms each player visits once a day, shooting, teaching, and strength training. Each plyer takes a minimum of 500 shots per day with the opportunity to take more before and after camp. Our teaching gym focuses on teaching footwork, in game strategies (such as time and score and moving without the ball), and defensive assignments. The strength and conditioning curriculum is based on each players ability, build, and age. Increasing strength is important to a player's ability to handle the games physicality.
