East End United Community Center is the only facility of its kind in Fayette County. We continue to offer young people a safe place to be; fun, and educationally stimulating learning activities; a place to join with their friends; and a caring staff to provide support by continuing to operate an after school program for students of all ages. East End United Community Center was formed in 1975 in an effort to increase educational and vocational opportunities for residents of the Uniontown, Pennsylvania area.
