Led by Reverend Rebecca M. Hickok, Waverly Presbyterian Church engages in a number of community outreach programs, youth and adult group trips, and has a thriving children's and youth ministry. Waverly Presbyterian has an upcoming activities page so members can see what events the church is sponsoring. There is a special social hall designed to handle events outside of the chapel.
