Walter Copeland began his career in fitness in 2004 as a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. His passion for improving the lives of others through healthy lifestyle inspired him to open WC Fitness in 2011, offering personal training, group exercise, and nutrition counselling. Walter and his team of certified personal trainers and fitness instructors specialize in weight loss, core strengthening, nutrition improvement, flexibility improvement, sports conditioning, physical rehabilitation and clients with limitations.
