York County Cerebral Palsy Home, also known as Margaret E. Moul Home, is a private long-term care facility that provides services for adults with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis and other neuromuscular disorders. It is a nonprofit organization that provides 24-hour emergency, rehabilitation, nursing care and support services for its residents. York County Cerebral Palsy Home also offers vocational education, community integrated therapeutic recreation, psychological, social and spiritual counseling and dietary management services.
