After watching the documentary Forks Over Knives in search of better health and weight loss, our WFPB journey began in early 2013 and progressed to certification from eCornell in plant based nutrition. We believe everyone should know the real data and information from this documentary and the studies done over decades published in The China Study. So many of us are sick and overweight and the power to change this is literally at the end of your fork. True nutrition and healthy weight can be achieved with eating a whole food plant based lifestyle.
