The Armstrong-Indiana Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program provides community-based services for the mentally disabled patients in Armstrong and Indiana counties in Pennsylvania. The two-county program is operated and funded by the Armstrong-Indiana MH/MR Program Administrator's Office. In addition, the Administrator's Office provides 24-hours emergency commitment services. The program features outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization, rehabilitative, crisis intervention, psychiatric and respite care services. The Armstrong-Indiana Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program s services include supported employment, case management, consultation and education, supportive housing, residential, transportation and family support services. It also operates sheltered workshops and therapeutic activity centers. The Armstrong-Indiana Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program maintains a location in Indiana, Pa.
