As a home baker, I (Sky) tried and tested many different macaron recipes to find a cheaper alternative to the delicious french desserts than buying them at overpriced bakeries. Stores and shops would sell them for up to four dollars a cookie! So now I have perfected a delicious recipe of my own, and bringing them into the world at less than half the price of the treats I once regretted spending so much on.
