Founded in 1908 and located in Philadelphia, Settlement Music School serves more than 15,000 students. It offers various programs in music and movement therapy to students with physical and other disabilities. The school provides instructions in orchestra and musical instruments, such as piano, guitar and violin. In addition, it provides instructions in mandolin cornet and vocal lessons. The school has trained and experienced professionals, such as Johann Grolle, a violinist. It provides opportunities for students to participate in various events and special occasions. The school offers musical workshops and band and chorus activities.
