I'm a pest control professional with over 10 years of experience servicing both residential and commercial customers. Having worked for some of the area's larger pest control firms, I started my own company because: I felt I could not only do a better job, but do it for less. I wanted to be a green company. While no two pest control jobs are the same, we offer the full range of pest control technologies including steam, cryo, heat, UV, vacuuming, insecticide and good old fashion cleaning. How do we decide on which of these to use depends on the answers to the following questions in order of highest priority: Which is the most safe? Which is the most effective? Which method can be deliver at the lowest cost?

We have 24 Hour Emergency Services Available ...For our residential customers, we believe in thoroughly educating our customers on the pest issues they face and review with them a detail plan as to how we will resolve those issues so that they may make an informed and educated decision. We strongly believe that by spending a little extra time results in higher customer satisfaction in the end. Recognizing the special needs of our commercial customers, Roughneck not only brings experience and technology to bear, but offers formal training programs to educate janitorial and maintenance staffs on how to identify various types of pests and the damage they inflict in a commercial environment. Our combined years experience has provided us with the opportunity to assist a wide variety of commercial locations including office buildings, warehouses, restaurants, multi-family living units, shopping centers / malls, churches, schools and healthcare facilities.
