The Ross Township Department of Public Works is involved with the activities of maintaining all township roadways, storm drains, the sanitary sewer system, maintaining the township parks, playgrounds and buildings, installing and replacing street signs and winter snow and ice control. The department offers a number of services that includes garbage/refuse, leaf collection, maintenance of yard and road maintenance. Ross Township is a commercial center and residential community, located in Pittsburgh, Pa., which was established in 1809.
