History
RHR International is the premier firm in the field of corporate psychology, having pioneered the field beginning in the late 1930s. During that time, RHR's founders Drs. Perry Rohrer, Fran Hibler, Fred Replogle, Elliott Janney, and Charles Flory began conducting personnel evaluations for a number of companies. Soon, they became valued consultants to management and started applying their knowledge to other facets of organizational behavior. The partnership of Rohrer, Hibler & Replogle was formed in September of 1945, with offices in Chicago, Detroit and New York. The firm was named after the three general partners who were stationed in the home office of Chicago. The name was changed to RHR International in 1989 to reflect the company's long standing presence in the European market. Today RHR International operates from 18 locations in North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
