Papa V's has been serving The community of Mansfield, PA and Mansfield University for more than 30 years. The Owner James Mack is A Graduate Of Johnson & Wales University Culinary School. James along with his wife Sayward have 25 years in the restaurant industry. This family Restaurant is dedicated to customer service and quality food.

Saw it on the map on the way back from visiting Canada. Read the reviews and decided to try it. Came in 30mins from close and the staff were very nice about it. Food was good and service was fast....

Nice place. Walk in and the Togo counter is right there you have to go to the right to get to the dinning area. The restrooms were clean but really small one person restrooms and not great...
