Our open group classes welcome all levels and our schedule enables you to easily integrate a regular yoga practice into your day. Offering a meaningful break from work, our classes are between 45 and 75 minutes. We have personal mat storage, changing & shower facilities with complimentary towels to make practice at work that much easier. For the individual with specific or persistent health problems, stress or sports related injuries, meet with us one-on-one to implement a personalized and evolving yoga regimen that can be preventative, curative and restorative. Our team collaborates with surgeons, athletic trainers and physical therapists to define specific protocol and goals with an emphasis on balance, strength, flexibility, mental focus and breath work. Our specialties include yoga for core muscle injury repair, rotator cuff injuries and concussions. We work closely with Dr William Meyers of Vincera Institute.

Our expertise is injury prevention and rehabilitation, making our classes informed, safe and challenging in all the right ways. We value stability over flexibility. And we'll work with your doctor, physical therapist or yourself as advocate for the kind of yoga you need to maximise performance at home, at work or on the sports field. nava yoga center offers a full schedule of Vinyasa (flow) classes open to everyone. We also offer specialized classes for Beginners, Runners, Restorative Yoga with Massage, Community Acupuncture, Prenatal and Heated Yoga. We have a Yoga Wall and three studios open Monday to Friday with the flexibility for creating your own one-on-one or small group class for tailored instruction.
