Mom's House is a free daycare program for the children of single parents attending school while pursuing high school, a GED, technical school or university. The facility offers a daycare for children and a lounge for mothers on the second floor where they can study or relax. Children taken care at this daycare range from the ages of six weeks to fours years. Services offered include meals, clothing and diapers for children and pre-school preparation for toddlers. The service is free, but mothers are expected to be attending school full time with passing marks, attend parenting meetings every month and provide three hours a week to Mom's House. This daycare is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania.
