History
I began training professionally due to chronic back pain and problems. The daily exercise built my strength and muscle endurance allowing the adaptations of natural healing to occur. In a long term fitness program, my back became free of pain and surgery recommendations were avoided. The clients I've served have been children to adults up to 82. For 7 years I've produced quality training methods I continue to apply to clients resulting in lean muscle building and fat burning. Anyone seeking specific fitness related goals would hire me to develop timed distance programs and strength increasing programs. Train for performance first, and the body will follow is my theory.
