We represent one of the 1,500 current schools in the American Taekwondo Association (ATA), America’s largest single-style martial arts group with 300,000 current students. We teach Songahm-style taekwondo which was developed more than forty years ago. The ATA’s time-tested curriculum has been shown to improve self-discipline, memory, self confidence, school grades, ADHD focus, respect, self-control, and physical fitness. Our programs are age-specific and include: Tiny Tigers (ages 4-7), Juniors (ages 8-12), Teens (ages 13+), and Adults. We can tailor programs for students with special needs. We also provide excellent opportunities for student leadership and many of our students compete regularly in the ATA’s many regional and national tournaments. Our school is owned by Ms. Lauren Minnich, a Fourth Degree Black Belt who is also the school’s senior instructor, and Mrs. Anne Minnich who has thirty years of experience as a special education teacher and special ed school administrator.
