History
Chronic back pain and an avid curiosity led me to Rolfing. My Yoga teacher suggested I explore Rolfing some years ago. I read Ida Rolf's book and the rest is history. I was curious about to cause of my chronic lower back pain and what I was doing/not doing with my body that was contributing to it. The stubborn side of me wasn't satisfied to accept the prognosis that this was just something that happens with age... so the journey began. Rolfing encouraged me to explore new patterns of movement that invited an ease of fluidity I had not accessed in years. It empowered me to trust and befriend my body outside the social norms. I truly believe the human body has greater potential than we realize. I trained to become a Rolfer in Germany with the European Rolfing association. Since then I have completed additional Rolfing training in the USA and Brazil. I have practiced Rolfing professionally overseas for many years but decided last year to relocate and move my business to the USA
