History
In 1966 in New York's East Village, Love Saves the Day opened its doors to the nostalgic. In the last 40 years, L.S.D.'s collection of vintage clothing, toys and novelties has spread into two stores. Although the New York location closed in 2008, the New Hope store has been a thriving landmark in the small artist community for more than 25 years. Love Saves the Day is was made famous in the 80s for Madonnas movie Desperately Seeking Susan. Our shop was featured during a scene when Madonna trades her jacket for her studded boots. Lots of props from the movie are from LSD as well.
