Liberty's staff has ex-regulators with intimate air pollution control and regulatory and compliance experience. Both our staff's regulatory experience and the relationships we have established with state and federal regulators across the U.S. allow us to advise clients of regional differences in environmental requirements and environmental permitting. Land and Water Field Services Liberty maintains mobile equipment and field engineers that provide soil and water sampling and monitoring services for contaminated areas and new construction. Our field staff provides long term management of remediation equipment including data collection and analysis and electrical and mechanical maintenance of field installed remediation equipment. Our land and water field service group is staffed with scientists that can also perform wetland delineations and threatened and endangered species evaluations. Engineering Services Our staff has extensive industrial plant and project engineering experience. This experience includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning and training for industrial ventilation systems, pneumatic conveyance systems, fabric filters, wet scrubbers, catalytic oxidizers, thermal oxidizers, and adsorption systems. Liberty's engineering group has the expertise to provide multi-discipline field diagnostics for underperforming environmental control equipment. The group can manage all aspects of new capital equipment projects and equipment enhancements such as improved monitoring and controls.
