Pillow form doesn't even fit properly inside seat back leaving me with a collapsed ear.

Here you can see how one pillow is overstuffed and the next one understuffed and how each is not distributed evenly.

Because it's a dark solid color it's hard to see the crater. You can also see how the material has bunched up at the back.

This is a crater in the corner section which drops 4 inches from the seat next to it.
