History
Coupling the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions with almost 10 years in the hospitality industry, I noticed that the demand for exceptional service, high quality product and the personable charm of a family butcher remained on an upswing. However, like so many restaurants, layoffs and closures swung in quickly and put me at a disconnect with, not only my customers, but my passion for service. Weeks into unemployment, friends and old customers began reaching out, personally, for quality meat and seafood, as a way to bring some sense of normalcy. Word spread quickly and, while the product can speak for itself in regard to quality, the goal was always to give my friends, family, and anyone who was in the market, a dinner to be excited about. Unprecedented times were met with uncompromising warmth and long talked about meals became the mark of personal success.
