In 2014 Michael Pasquarello expanded his family of restaurants into Fishtown with a unique butcher shop & restaurant concept. Kensington Quarters was the first of its kind in Philadelphia's Fishtown neighborhood.

Our kitchen and chefs utilize whole animals, sustainable seafood, heritage grains, seasonal produce, local dairy, as well as nearby artisanal products. We're committed to sourcing responsibly and with intention, within our food and beverage programs.
