Horizons Child Care and Learning Services is a state licensed, Keystone STARS child care center located on the Main Street in Bernville, PA. Our mission is to provide high quality education in a fun and loving atmosphere. While education is one of the most important qualities to foster a love of learning in young minds, it is equally important to teach social skills and acceptance. Each child's individual needs are considered and cared for, as we learn to accept and learn from both our differences and similarities.
