Advanced Living Communities is a non-profit, Christian organization that provides seniors in the community with affordable housing and services; residents pay a monthly rent that is based on their income. Advanced Living Communities operates three residential retirement communities for seniors who are at least 62 years old. Schwenckfeld Manor, which features one-bedroom apartments and studio apartments; Schwenckfeld Terrace, which features one-bedroom apartments and Derstine Run, which one-bedroom apartments. All communities are equipped with emergency alarm systems, are pet friendly and are non-smoking.
