Greedy, unreasonable and money hungry management and exorbitantly high fees. Not pet friendly though claims to be. Extremely noisy. Can hear all the street noise. Would never ever rent here...

We've only been here a few weeks but have loved everything about living here. Staff is so friendly and responsive. The building is well maintained, safe, and quiet. Amenities are all well maintained.

You need 3x the income to rent here. If you are a STUDENT, just give up. The $425 application fee is not refundable. Also, not picking up phone calls for a week. And no virtual tour provided.
