History
Fuel House is a small group class and private training facility. Our small group classes are first come first serve and you DO NOT need a FUEL House membership to attend. We offer three very different training classes that focus on interpersonal interactions in small group atmospheres (no more than 8 people). Simply put, we encourage our class participants to work together and compete to achieve their fitness goals. We understand that everybody is unique and that we all have different training goals and life schedules. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with FUEL for your day. You can improve your strength, endurance, and mobility in as little as 30min per session. Invigorate your day by participating in our FUEL 89 and our featured FUEL classes. Private sessions allow our highly skilled trainers to focus directly on you; helping you better understand your body mechanics and proper exercise techniques.

At FUEL House, our expert fitness coaches offer safe and effective training to everyone that has a desire to be better. We focus on improving physique and athleticism through strength and conditioning. We will teach you how to utilize every part of your body while building muscle and shedding unwanted weight.
