History
Jessica Purdy's desire for a more inclusive and accepting society led her to become an Activist, Public Speaker, and Founder of FIC Human Resource Partners, LLC. In 2018 she lost the job that she held as she was transitioning. As she was searching for new employment, one of the co-founders of Gendr, an online community for trans, non-binary, and all gender diverse people, offered Jessica an opportunity to create a full suite of inclusive policies for her business. FIC would grow out of that consulting gig about a year later. FIC began as a tagline Jessica used while she was building her personal consulting brand. During the summer of 2019, she decided that in order to advance her mission to Foster Inclusive Cultures to the next level it was time to form an LLC and operate in partnership with other Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging professionals. And so Jessica Jaymes Purdy Consulting became FIC Human Resource Partners, LLC.

We seek to change the world by helping the companies that we work with becomes agents of change that model truly inclusive cultures, engage in continual cultural competency growth, lift the minority and marginalized community members within their organizations up, and bring each of their employees into a more accepting, equitable, and inclusive mindset.
