We are a Baptiste Affiliate Yoga Studio specializing in Vinyasa Yoga. We offer 45 minute, 60 minute, and 1 1/2 hour classes throughout the week. All classes aside from our Basics Vinyasa Class and Restorative Class are in a studio heated to 90 degrees. We honor your time, for this reason all classes begin at their scheduled time. If you happen to be running behind schedule don't worry, just enter the studio through our back entrance.
