We have a long history of quality service and care. Since the early 2000s, co-owners Adam and Talia Eubanks have helped hundreds of patients find freedom from pain using physical therapy. During their early years, they loved serving patients at other PT clinics, but they also developed a desire to open their own facility. In 2017, they decided to open a clinic in the community that they already lived in and loved--Moon Township. Eclipse is now a respected name throughout Moon Township and its surrounding areas. Having merged with Artistic Athletics in 2019 and now serving five local gyms, Eclipse is prepared to serve you and your family for years to come.
