Drug Information Association, founded in 1964, is a financially independent nonprofit, scientific, member-driven association. It has more than 20,000 members in more than 80 countries across the world, and offers services, such as drug development, exhibit management and lifecycle management. It operates through various committees and departments, including executive governance, finance, nomination, audit and compensation, and education committee and regional advisory council. It serves clients in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and regulatory industries, and organizes international meetings, training courses, workshops, conferences, seminars and webinars. Its educational services include studies related to chemistry, alternative medicine, clinical research and development, generic manufacturing, information technology, health care management, medical communication, marketing and advertising. Drug Information Association is headquartered in Horsham, Pa., and has international locations in Europe and Japan.
