The Center for Hospitality and Sport Management is comprised of three academic departments: Culinary Arts and Food Science, Hospitality and Tourism Management and Sport Management. Taken together, the facets of the tourism industry that we support--travel, lodging, restaurants, food, gaming, coaching, sports, entertainment, and meetings--represents the largest industry in the Philadelphia region and our leading economic driver. Through a focus on experiential learning and cooperative education experiences, the Center is positioned to fulfill distinct market needs. It provides experiences in sport ticketing, restaurant management, arena management, food product development, recipe development, coaching, commercial kitchen design and layout, kitchen gardening and hotel front desk operations.
