Columbia Child Development Program-Day Care is a federal and nonprofit program that focuses on child care, educational and health care services. It conducts health status checkups and developmental screenings for children up to the age of 11. The program provides breakfast, lunch and snack options for children. Established in 1972, Columbia Child Development Program-Day Care s staff includes certified teachers and trained paraprofessionals. It is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
