SpecialtiesArtissima is an art school, art studio, art gallery, craft boutique, and center for creativity, located just outside of Pittsburgh, PA (in the Fox Chapel area). We focus on providing inspiring art enrichment programs for children, young adults, and adults. We offer specialized art classes, camps, and workshops! We believe that everyone is an artist ready to be encouraged, nurtured and inspired to flourish creatively. We see that children who have the opportunity to express themselves through art develop a unique personal vision, they gain confidence, and they develop their passions, talents, and skills along the way. They have the tools to connect, interpret, contribute, and be inspired by the world around them. We have a great staff of passionate artists and educators that love our community and dedicate a lot of energy and passion into our offerings. Artissima offers a variety of opportunities for enrichment: Toddler + Me Art Class: Ages 20mo-4 years Kid Art Classes: Ages 4-16 Fall and Spring Semester classes: Students develop their artistic skills, learn new techniques & are exposed to working with a variety of different materials and processes. Teen Open Studio: Ages 12-18 Kids Art Workshops: Art-making + Pizza! Summer Art Camps: Ages 4-12 June, July & August week-long art making inspired by a fun theme or topic.
