Established in 1969, The Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology is a vocational and technical school. The institute offers more than 15 secondary programs, over 60 in-house adult and continuing education programs, and more than 350 online courses. Its 32-acre campus includes landscaped courtyards, a central auditorium, classrooms and workshops. The institute is accredited by Pennsylvania Department of Education and Pennsylvania State Board of Vocational Education. Its curriculum includes culinary arts, automotive collision repair, masonry construction technology, welding, cosmetology, graphic arts, building trades maintenance, automotive science technology and carpentry and building technology.
