Dr. D'Ortone specializes in surgery, rehabilitation, and management of all foot and ankle conditions, and believes in partnering with patients to find long-term solutions for their complications. With his expertise in minimally invasive and endoscopic surgical techniques, diagnostic ultrasound, and CO2 laser technique, Dr. D'Ortone has performed over 2000 podiatric surgeries and is part of the surgical staff at Roxborough Memorial Hospital and the Wills Eye Surgical Center.
Dr. D'Ortone's passion for medicine stems from his prior career as an athletic trainer and sports therapist, where he supported the health and recovery of individual athletes and sports teams. He received his doctoral degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine at Temple University and completed surgical residencies at Jefferson Frankford Hospital and Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. D'Ortone is a Diplomat of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Podiatric Medical Association.
