Cecil Township is governed by a five-member board of supervisors who meet once a month to conduct business. The current board includes Chairman Michael Debbis, Vice-chairman Thomas Casciola, Elizabeth Cowden, Andrew Schader, Frank Ludwin, Solicitor John Smith and Engineer Dan Deiseroth of Gateway Engineers. The board meets at 7 p.m. the first Monday of each month in the township building.
The Parks and Recreation Board, the Planning Commission, the Zoning Board and other branches of local government meet here, and the day-to-day operations of the township are handled by an administrative staff.
