The Berks County Housing Authority (BCHA) is a governmental Public Housing Agency that has been serving the housing needs of residents in Berks County, Pennsylvania for over 40 years. With funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), BCHA owns and manages 209 public housing apartments and townhouses across 9 different developments in the county.
